Andrew Wingert (b. 1989) is a rising composer who has enjoyed successful collaborations with film directors, orchestras, chamber ensembles, solo instrumentalists, vocalists, and many other ensembles. He holds a Master's Degree in Music Composition/Theory from Pennsylvania State University studying under Paul Barsom.

He is always reaching for something new in his music: harmonic innovation, realms of feeling, adventures in form, modes of speaking. Having written over 300 pieces of music he has an extensive knowledge of styles and feels at home in any genre. He continues to create commissioned works of every sort.
